Blair counsels small and midsized companies regarding a wide range of business disputes focusing on achieving business-driven results while firmly protecting his clients’ legal rights. Blair has successfully litigated issues involving breach of contract, business torts, breach of fiduciary duties, business valuation, uniform commercial code matters, as well as enforcing and collecting judgments. Blair also has extensive experience representing clients before bankruptcy courts throughout the country.

Blair began his career in the Complex Commercial Litigation practice at Jenner & Block LLP and later in the Bankruptcy Restructuring, and Creditors’ Rights practice group at Loeb & Loeb LLP, a large New York-based law firm. Having spent more than 12 years at some of the country’s most respected large law firms, Blair now brings that wealth of experience and expertise to his small and mid-sized clients.
